We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector. This role is ideal for an accomplished professional with a proven track record in real estate sales leadership and a thorough understanding of Dubai’s property market.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; real estate certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the Dubai real estate market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, market trends, and buyer profiles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency, particularly in Arabic, is advantageous.
    Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure,reflecting both individual and team performance.

  • Set and evaluate key performance indicators, driving consistent achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
