REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate management, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and property management software.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate or property management (preferred).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to oversee and optimize our property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving profitability through strategic planning and effective team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the management of residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties within the portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and revenue.
• Manage leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and identify investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for property performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals to achieve organizational goals.
