REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Dubai real estate market (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of off-plan sales, secondary market, and leasing.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Strong network with developers across Dubai.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real estate: 5 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Manage, supervise, and support the performance of the sales and listing teams.
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide training sessions and workshops on off-plan projects and developer updates.
  • Keep team members informed about new project launches, details, and developer guidelines.
  • Monitor and refine sales strategies based on market trends.
  • Track sales activities and ensure smooth transaction flows.
  • Oversee lead generation, listings, and client follow ups.
  • Maintain listing quality, accuracy, and compliance across all advertising platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers.
  • Attend developer meetings, events, and launch briefings.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market and competitor strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Generate regular reports on market insights, sales performance, and KPIs.
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, listing agreements, and transaction records.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for effective property promotions.
