As one of the fastest-growing drive-thru coffee concepts in America, we’re building something massive — and we’re looking for a Real Estate Manager to help drive that growth forward. This opportunity is with a rapidly expanding multi-unit quick-service restaurant platform developing locations across Michigan, New York, and beyond. You will own a territory, hunt and close drive-thru sites, and be measured on executed deals — not activity. You report directly to our VP of Development and work alongside a dedicated outside development team that takes your signed deals through permitting and construction. We are looking for driven, strategic, and execution-focused real estate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Real Estate Manager will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality locations that support our aggressive expansion strategy. This role works closely with leadership, brokers, developers, landlords, and cross-functional teams to move deals from site selection through lease execution. Role Responsibilities Site Identification & Market Development Source and evaluate ~5 sites per month in your territory using our trade-area pin maps, drive-time analytics, broker network, and your own direct deal-making Run each deal through test fit, internal approval, and 7 Brew corporate approval on tight, published timelines Negotiate and execute LOIs and ground leases/PSAs — 20+ signed deals per year is the quota Maintain a live pipeline of 30+ active sites so opening plans are never constrained by site availability Keep every deal current in our development tracker and hand off clean, complete deal files to the development team ________________________________________ Success Metrics Four KPIs, defined in writing on day one: signed deals per year (20+), pipeline depth (30+ active sites), gate velocity against published cycle-time goals, and deal quality against our deal-points checklist.
