JOB OVERVIEW:

We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a real estate portal coordination or similar role with strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and advertising platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Publish and Promote Property listings on various online channels such as (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Ensure that listings are up-to-date, visually appealing, and contain accurate information.
  • Consult and coordinate with the Listing Team regarding all property photos and access requirements.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM and portal with up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads from various channels.
  • Assign leads to agents and ensure follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the progress and maintain accurate lead tracking in the CRM.
