REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Russian Language is a plus.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for property launches, promotions, and events.
• Manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media efforts.
• Create engaging content for marketing collateral, websites, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for multimedia projects and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target customer preferences.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall performance.
