REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing (real estate marketing preferred).
• Basic knowledge of creating ads and running paid campaigns on social media platforms.
• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Create engaging advertisements and marketing materials for real estate properties.
• Manage and run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop creative content to attract potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for property listings.
• Monitor performance of ads and campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
• Support the sales team with marketing initiatives.
