Description

Michael Saunders & Company is seeking a full-time, experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our team at our downtown Sarasota office with occasional travel to our St. Petersburg office.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real estate industry experience (brokerage operations and/or marketing).
  • Proficiency in MLS platforms, CRM systems, and real estate marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Creative marketing mindset with administrative reliability.
  • Strong design sense with the ability to recognize high-quality visuals, layouts, and branding consistency.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) or similar tools — able to make edits, resize, and prepare assets as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
  • Content intuition: understands what types of creative resonate with target audiences and can adapt tone, visuals, and messaging accordingly.
  • Skilled in managing and reviewing creative work from vendors, freelancers, or internal partners with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with social media content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar platforms) a plus.

    Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute property marketing campaigns (print, digital, email, and social media).
  • Oversee listing marketing ( professional photography, staging coordination, brochures, signage).
  • Maintain brokerage and agent branding consistency across platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars to promote listings, open houses, and company news.
  • Coordinate advertising (online ads, magazines, postcards, community sponsorships).
  • Track marketing analytics, website leads, and campaign performance.
  • Support agents with listing presentations and marketing materials.
  • Consult with sales professionals to identify marketing needs
  • Assist sales professionals in executing marketing strategy
  • Scheduling brainstorming sessions with sales professionals to develop annual marketing plan
  • Provide guidance to sales professionals and ensure that marketing efforts are brand consistent and effective
  • Liaison between graphic design team and sales professionals to communicate and coordinate delivery of projects and associated materials
  • Monitor ongoing marketing efforts of sales professionals
  • Oversee marketing onboarding to ensure marketing products and tools are communicated
