QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi
• Strong understanding of UAE property laws and off-plan transaction procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Valid UAE real estate license and driving license preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on promoting and selling properties under development, working closely with top-tier developers and investors seeking early-stage opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers such as Aldar, IMKAN, and Reportage
• Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase process, from project selection to handover
• Provide detailed information on payment plans, project timelines, and ROI projections
• Build and maintain a strong network of investors and buyers interested in pre-construction opportunities
• Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and regulatory changes
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and client events
