We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate brokerage team. This is not just a job, but a career path with significant growth potential. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to provide essential support for our agents, ensure smooth onboarding, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Agent Onboarding: Present realtor presentations to new agents, ensuring they understand company procedures, culture, and tools.
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and ensure all agent contracts are up-to-date and compliant with real estate regulations.
- Membership & Compliance: Ensure all agents’ board memberships are processed, and Professional Development Credits (PDP) are maintained and up to date.
- Technology Setup: Set up office key fobs, add agents to the computer system, and ensure they are included in the company mailing list and WhatsApp group for communication.
- Branding & Marketing: Order agent business cards, signs, and promotional materials to support their marketing efforts.
- Email & Communication Setup: Create professional email addresses for agents and ensure they have the necessary tools for communication and business operations.
- Semi-Annual Check-ins: Conduct phone calls with agents every six months to ensure they are satisfied, address any concerns, and review their needs for ongoing support or development.
- General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to agents and management, assisting with operational tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using various online platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
