* Supervise daily real estate department operations for a portfolio of owned and leased properties. * Ensure building operations, maintenance activities, and vendor services meet contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards. * Supervise, train, and support real estate department staff. * Review and approve service charges for accuracy and adherence to contract terms. * Assist with development and monitoring of operating budgets and expense forecasts. * Track operating costs and recommend opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. * Oversee lease administration activities, including compliance with landlord and tenant obligations. * Maintain accurate records and documentation within real estate and property management systems. * Prepare reports and operational metrics for management review. * Support inspections, life‑safety compliance, and regulatory audits. * Participate in special projects related to acquisitions, dispositions, renovations, and portfolio optimization.   AHS Investment Corporation (AHSIC) is the wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Atlantic Health.
