Relocation Management Company seeking a Junior Consultant with Real Estate Operations experience. You will work with our team of Consultants and Administrators to provide services for both the Corporation and their Employees. You are a critical thinker with sound recommendations and can work within firm timelines. You are very familiar with expense management and use of budgets. You will assist with the sale of the employees’ homes, vacant property management and arranging temporary and permanent housing at the destination.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High level of real estate and property management skills across Canada, the USA and internationally
· 2-5 years of experience
· Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to rank work in a fast paced, high volume team environment
· Must prioritize workload while multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
· Able to be creative and provide best advice to employees on how to use their budgets and how to submit expenses
· Excellent business writing and oral communication skills.
· Analytical and strategic thinking with detailed review of property updates and problem-solving skills
· Be proactive and make strong recommendations to the Corporations
· Effective negotiating skills, and review of current real estate markets.
· Have PR status or be a Canadian citizen.
· College / University degree in Business Administration/HR
