Akerman LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (5+ years) with strong title, survey, and closings experience supporting homebuilders and developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing high-volume transactions and taking ownership of deals from contract through closing. Responsibilities: * Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions * Review title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions * Prepare closing documents, binders, and trackers * Coordinate closings, funding, and document execution * Track deadlines and manage multiple active deals Qualifications: * 5+ years real estate paralegal experience (law firm required) * Hands-on closings experience for developers/homebuilders strongly preferred * Strong knowledge of title/survey review and contract administration * Experience managing multiple transactions independently * Proficient in MS Office and iManage or similar systems Details: * Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite required) * Fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment * Competitive compensation + benefits Please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary requirement.
