We're currently seeking a full time Real Estate Paralegal This is not a hybrid position This person will work at our corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support complex real estate transactions and commercial projects, providing top-tier legal and administrative expertise to ensure smooth closings and ongoing project management. What We’re Looking For: A true Real Estate Paralegal with a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate transactions. - Comfortable working with large loan transactions and able to handle sizable commercial projects. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Able to hit the ground running and contribute effectively from day one. Salary will commensurate with experience Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate transactions. - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure seamless transaction flow. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all real estate projects and loan closings. - Assist in due diligence and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Support senior attorneys and team members as needed on complex commercial and residential transactions. Qualifications Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a commercial or residential setting. - Strong understanding of real estate law, loan documentation, and closing procedures. - Strong experience handling commercial loan closings - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
