A large Glasgow international law firm is eager to bring in an experienced Paralegal to join its Real Estate team in Scotland!
This is a tremendous opportunity for you to either work remotely or be in the office as much as you like. You will join one of the country’s premier legal teams, working with high-value and well-known clients, with every pathway that you can think of available.

• Join a close-knit team so support is never far away if required
• It’s a very busy department with plenty to do
• Managing a busy caseload of transactions all the way through to completion
• Working on a blend of Scottish and English transactions
• Drafting and negotiating documents such as offers, leases, variations, dispositions, licences to occupy and other ancillary lease documentation
• Use of leading technology and AI software
• Providing ad hoc support on real estate projects
• Assisting with file opening procedures, including preparing first drafts of retainer letters and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
• Dealing with billing for your transactions
