QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal
Proficient in BC Land Title systems and real estate documentation
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage files independently and work directly with clients

Commercial Real Estate (60%)
Prepare and register lending and security documents for banks and financial institutions
Manage commercial purchases and sales, including strata properties
Conduct title, corporate, and due diligence searches
Coordinate closings with lenders, clients, and legal counsel
Handle trust transactions and post-closing follow-ups
Residential Real Estate (40%)
Manage residential purchase, sale, and refinancing transactions
Prepare and register land title and mortgage documents through LTSA
Review lender instructions and coordinate mortgage funding
Liaise with clients, realtors, and financial institutions to ensure smooth closings
