Description Stafford Rosenbaum is seeking a highly qualified real estate paralegal to join the Milwaukee or Madison office. Position will be responsible for supporting attorneys and transactional teams. Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including drafting documents, title and survey work, coordinating due diligence, preparing closing documents and searching for property information. Maintain, track and update legal records, critical dates, document versions and real estate databases to ensure compliance. Manage client transaction workflows, complete conflict checks, other administrative tasks. Requirements Well qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, be highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to multitask while maintaining efficiency. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and good judgment. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications as well as ability to utilize various electronic legal resources a must. This is a full-time position, with the potential of a hybrid working schedule.
