Description

We’re looking for a Photographer/Videographer with an eye for making real estate shine. The ideal candidate will be able to capture and edit content quickly while staying true to our brand style. Experience with light photo and video editing is important — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to grow in the real estate content space.
You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house marketing person and agents to create content that stands out across social media and aligns with our campaigns.
Tony, the broker and owner of Glass Realty, is ready to take real estate services to the next level. By embracing innovative strategies, he’s committed to pushing the industry forward and showcasing service campaigns like his signature 2% commission model in a bigger and bolder way.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator
✅ Proven photography and videography skills (real estate experience is a bonus)
✅ Experience with event coordination and behind-the-scenes content capture
✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to work on tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Capture engaging walkthroughs with agents, highlighting key property features
  • Edit and enhance photos (color correction, retouching, overlays)
  • Produce branded video content: previews, walkthroughs, agent intros, etc.
  • Add motion graphics (pop-ups, transitions, lower-thirds) for social platforms
  • Create visual marketing materials using Canva, Illustrator, and other Adobe tools
  • Apply consistent branding elements across all media (logos, intros/outros, text overlays)
