Boulevard Real Estate Media is looking for a talented photographer to join our team. The role focuses on capturing high-quality images for real estate marketing. If you have some experience, own a good camera with a wide-angle lens, tripod, reliable transportation, and fast internet, we’d love to hear from you.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong photography skills with experience in real estate preferred.
  • Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

GEAR REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must have at a minimum:

  • A DSLR/mirrorless camera (Sony, Canon, or Panasonic) with 4K video capabilities.
  • A wide-angle lens. (between 10-16mm)
  • A tripod.
  • Reliable internet for uploading photos.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture high-quality photos of real estate properties using the HDR bracketing method.
  • Upload and manage photo files, ensuring timely communication of any field notes.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions during shoots.
  • Travel to and from photo shoots punctually.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain and manage photography equipment.
  • Keep calendar updated for time tracking.
  • Maintain consistent communication across departments.
  • Operate effectively both as part of a team and individually.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
