housefli is a customer service centered real estate photography and marketing company seeking looking to deliver ultimate real estate marketing experience. We are seeking motivated and experienced photographers/videographers to provide quality media and dedicated customer care. Our photographers will capture, upload, and create an amazing experience for residential & commercial real estate agents. Applicants must show excellent customer service skills, professional demeanor, and excellent time management. Photographer’s will shoot 2-4 properties per day. We are currently seeking full time photographers (9 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday) within Baltimore County and Howard County

We specialize in photography, videography, Matterport, and drone as well as other marketing services provided by our editing team. Our photographers are provided with an in-house support team to take care of scheduling, coordinating, editing, and training
General Responsibilities
· Maintain reliable transportation to and from properties
· Capture Photos, Video, and 3D scans on site
· Create the ultimate real estate marketing experience for our clients
· Electronically send work at the end of each workday (post production work not required or permitted)
· Communicate with our customer care team and editing team as needed
Required Qualifications
Perform work as needed on a 1099 contract basis. *
*1+ years of previous real estate marketing & photography experience
· High School/GED or equivalent work experience
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
· Must have DSLR/Mirrorless camera, Wide Angle lens (16mm), tripod, and on camera flash
· Must have a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a personal computer
· Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of following an appointment schedule

· Ability to work and troubleshoot independently
· Proficiency using dropbox
· Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
· Personable and Professional demeanor ensuring our clients have the best experience
· Positive attitude good sense of humor and strong drive
· Excellent communication skills, organization, and detail oriented
