JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning images that showcase properties in their best light. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content that appeals to potential buyers. You will work closely with real estate agents and property owners to create compelling visual narratives that enhance marketing efforts.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in photography, particularly in real estate or architectural photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with color theory and color management techniques.
• Experience in post-production processes including photo manipulation and video editing.
• Strong understanding of sales principles as they relate to visual marketing.
• Background in journalism or videography is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jupiter, FL 3345

• Capture high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring proper lighting and composition.
• Conduct video shoots for property walkthroughs, utilizing techniques to create engaging content.
• Edit and manipulate photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to enhance image quality.
• Manage post-production tasks including color management, photo editing, and video production using tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot.
• Ability to drive and cover areas from Palm Beach County to the Treasure Coast
• Implement art direction principles to ensure the final product aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
• Maintain an organized workflow for file management and ensure timely delivery of completed projects.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote your work and engage with potential clients.
