JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail, capable of capturing stunning images that showcase properties in their best light. This role involves working closely with real estate agents and property owners to produce high-quality visual content that enhances listings and attracts potential buyers.

SKILLS

• Experience flying drones to capture professional aerial photography and videography.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography or related media work is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus but not mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have your own camera gear and equipment
• Drone pilot certification
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get you to all those shoots.
• Organizational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic that makes every project a great experience

  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $50.00-$500.00 per day
  Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Work Location: On the roa

• Capture high-resolution photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all angles and features are represented effectively.
• Operate drones to capture aerial photos and video content that highlight unique property features.
• Capture accurate measurements of properties in compliance with industry standards.
• Create 3D virtual tours and interactive media to elevate property listings.
• Upload and organize media content by the end of each day once all projects have been completed, ensuring timely delivery of edited content within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot.
• Maintain photography, drone, and measurement equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
