We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features and ensuring they stand out in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must own and Use your own equipment including: Cameras, Lens, Tripod, Drone, Lighting, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your Photography work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of each property.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various property locations often.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with drone photography/videography.
• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.
• Previous experience in real estate or other related fields.

• Take professional photos and videos of real estate, including interior and exterior shots.
• Use lighting, staging, and camera techniques to enhance property appeal.
• Capturing drone photos and videos of real estate
• Create engaging video tours and promotional content for online listings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and photography/videography techniques.
• Be an impressive image of our company to Realtors & Homeowners.
