Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000/year DOE + Performance Bonus

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Real Estate Asset & Project Manager who thrives in the world of fix & flip and REO property management. You’ll lead the process from funding through sale — coordinating contractors, vendors, and agents while keeping investors informed and confident with clear, consistent updates.

• Take ownership of multiple projects from acquisition through sale.
• Approve contractor draw requests and ensure work matches scope and quality expectations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and all vendor communications remotely.
• Conduct virtual or third-party inspections to verify progress.
• Deliver bi-monthly investor reports and lead update calls.
• Oversee property marketing strategies and listing performance.
