Description GCEFCU is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Post Closing Coordinator to ensure transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all requirements while supporting a seamless experience for members and internal teams. This position will be located at our Mortgage and Insurance building with the schedule of M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Review all loan documentation from title companies to ensure their accuracy and completion prior to funding. Follow up with any deficiencies to complete loan funding. Ensure timely delivery of completed loan file to QA. Responsible for overseeing the completion of all back-office functions after funding: all liens perfected, HMDA, and Escrow. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports and manage time effectively to ensure timeliness of loan funding. Ensure all wires to title companies are received to guarantee timely funding. Communicate with Title Companies, Escrow Agents, Real Estate Agents and/or Attorneys, as well as members, and managers in a professional and timely manner. Coordinates in-house closings when Title Company is not used. Responds to Glia member inquiries. Maintain communication with members of Real Estate department and members of other departments, to inform them when funding has been completed or if any issues have arisen. Responsible for assisting with the review and approval of the HUD1 closing statement. Stay up to date with ongoing regulations and changes in lending requirements. Webinars, live meeting, seminars, etc. Responsible for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and all governmental regulations and Credit Union policies and guidelines. Responsible for complying with the Federal Rules and Regulations as required by NCUA. Performs all other related duties as assigned. EOE Disabled/Veteran
