About this Role We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead real estate accounting operations and country controlling activities for Vantage Towers markets. This role involves managing a team of approximately 30 FTEs, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16, and driving automation and reporting projects. The individual will act as a key liaison between VOIS and local markets, overseeing governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Who you are Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience or MBA/Postgraduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Platform. Skilled in stakeholder management, project leadership, and problem-solving. Effective communicator with strong analytical and time management capabilities. Desirable: Familiarity with SAP RE-FX and SAP systems; ability to create data visualisations and dashboards.
