EECU has an opening for a Real Estate Processor. This position is responsible for presenting, explaining, and assisting members with utilizing real estate loan products and related services. Will also help resolve loan related issues. Position responsibilities: Accurately processes all inquiries and loan transactions (application through funding), accesses account information, credit bureaus, other 3rd party interfaces, and available resource manuals and training access. Notifies applicants by mail or telephone of acceptance or rejection of application. Keeps record of credit transactions, inquiries, loans pending, new loans reports and daily loan listing. Supports department as needed in the daily real estate rate sheet, periodic report preparation/ distribution, completion of tasks of the Real Estate Loan Operations Audit & Review (RE-LOAR), and miscellaneous other duties as assigned. Provides assistance in filing, data input, recording information as required, answering telephones, photocopy, scanning, faxing, typing letters, and general office routine. Requirements Position requirements: Effective communication with members, perspective members, vendors and other Credit Union staff by presenting the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner. Previous Real Estate experience is preferred, including familiarity with standard secondary market and credit union consumer equity underwriting guidelines and documentation standards. Knowledge of existing EECU Real Estate products. Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills. Proper phone etiquette (the majority of interaction with members is over the phone).
Responsibilities
