JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Professional to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or investment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and legal framework.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide market insights, investment advice, and property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings and facilitate negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and investors.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
