Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in the sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, pricing, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations with professionalism
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current listings, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote properties effectively
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company standards
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant in the UAE market
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property landscape and regulatory framework
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
