Position: Project Leasing Coordinator

Job Type: Part Time, Temporary (9 month contract)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team for an exciting new rental development in downtown Kelowna. This role is essential to the lease-up phase, where your expertise will help drive leasing success and ensure key project milestones are met. This contract position runs approximately from August 2025 to March 2026, with the possibility for extension.
The Leasing Coordinator is a key member of every rennie rental project team, playing a vital role in the leasing process. In this role, you will enhance the leasing experience by efficiently managing applications, contracts, and daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build a rewarding career in real estate and project sales.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in real estate leasing or sales (preferred).
  • Experience in sales and project sales site environments (preferred).
  • Administrative or contract-related experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily functionalities of the display homes, including its opening and closing.
  • Register, orient, and assess potential renters, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including application and contract management, data entry, and maintaining communication with registrants.
  • Undertake other various tasks as directed by leadership, contributing to the team’s overall success.
  • Contract Administration:
  • Organize and assist with application and lease documentation
  • Execute and send the daily or weekly traffic report
  • General Site Administration:
  • Prepare and maintain the site office and display homes.
  • Manage communications, including emails and phone calls, and provide accurate project information.
  • Maintain the integrity of data in CRM and oversee the functionality of on-site technology.
