Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end real estate process from entitlements through construction handoff.
  • Support the real estate pipeline for all network modification projects and ongoing property management matters.
  • Oversee vendors during the real estate process, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Manage regulatory approval requirements and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with landlords, vendors, community officials, legal counsel, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update database systems, reports, and project trackers.
  • Work closely with Network Implementation teams to resolve on-site challenges and advance network activations.
  • Partner with Architectural & Engineering firms and general contractors to align on project design, standards, and schedules.
  • Host weekly planning and working sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Address property management matters, including landlord/tenant disputes.
  • Provide administrative and functional support as required.
