QUALIFICATIONS

Eligibility criteria: at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma, holding a valid driver’s license with a clean record, maintaining an active real estate license, demonstrating the ability to lift 50 lbs, and ideally having access to a larger SUV or pickup truck.

• Be prepared to engage in various real estate tasks, including calling leads, working with clients, showing homes, hosting open houses, drafting contracts, and negotiating with other brokers.
• Assist with staging homes by arranging and collecting furniture and accessories.
• Fulfill errands such as distributing flyers, conducting walk-throughs of vacant properties, installing and removing listing signs, and more.
• Perform pre-listing and move-out cleanings of homes, involving tasks like vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, window cleaning, and appliance maintenance
