Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Property Coordinator with accounting experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day property operations and ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions, including coordination with government entities such as the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of procedures related to the Dubai Land Department and other local authorities.
  • Experience with escrow documentation, Oqood, and TAS systems is essential.
  • Background in accounting or financial documentation related to property transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all documentation and processes related to property sales, leasing, and transfers.
  • Handle escrow documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Visit and liaise with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other relevant authorities (e.g., RERA, DEWA, Ejari) to handle registrations, title deeds, and approvals.
  • Work with systems such as Oqood, TAS, and other platforms associated with property registration and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and required documentation for property listings and closings.
  • Manage property records and maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital).
  • Provide administrative support to property managers and agents.
  • Follow up with clients, brokers, and legal teams to ensure timely completion of all required procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Support basic accounting functions related to real estate transactions and property management.
