Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
• Build and manage a portfolio of listings and client relationships
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
