REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • 1 years of experience as a Receptionist Administrator Role in Real Estate
  • Energetic, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active, result-oriented, strong ethic skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner in person, over the telephone, or via email
  • Managing day to day administrative tasks from front reception including answering phones, mail and courier management, record keeping and filing, sending letters (strong aptitude for Microsoft Office)
  • Admin Support for Real Estate Agents
  • Liaising between the Agents and Clients
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about Real Estate Documentation, and ensure customers and agents are provided with accurate information
  • Prepartaion of Tenancy Contracts and Sales Contracts
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality.
