We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to start at our busy real estate branch located in the Glebe.
We pay $38,000 - $42,000 per annum for a 35 hr week, with 2 weeks of paid vacation for the 1st year, and 3 weeks’ vacation entitlement occurs after the 2nd year. Dental and health benefits available upon completion of a 3-month probation period. There will also be annual performance and salary reviews.
Experience or education in a detail oriented discipline such as accounting, business, math, science etc. or someone with 1-2 years or more work experience in a similar position.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Detail oriented, with proven accuracy
· Extremely comfortable with any software applications, successful experience with a wide variety of software applications
· Interest and ability to deal with high volumes of paperwork
· Proven experience in working under tight daily deadlines
· Experience interfacing with internal and external experts on confirming and clarifying data and processes.
· Team player capable of working across many levels and working in an open work space (i.e. some noise not a private office)
· Flexible and capable of working in a dynamic fast paced environment
· Proven patience and tenacity in requesting and following up on missing paperwork
· Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers
· Experience with NexOne/Faltour and Matrix would be an asset
· Experience with real estate paperwork would be an asset
· Proficiency in MS Outlook and experience with MS Excel and Word
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Eligible to work in Canada
· A criminal records check will be required for the successful candidate
