We are seeking a recruitment professional with proven experience in the UAE real estate industry, particularly in sourcing and hiring Real Estate Agents and property professionals.

Key Requirements

• Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience recruiting Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants is highly preferred.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate recruitment market.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, databases, and direct headhunting.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Professional communication in English; Arabic is mandatory.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract experienced real estate professionals through multiple channels.
• Conduct headhunting and direct outreach to potential candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, market knowledge, and suitability for available positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and continuously update the recruitment pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions and support candidates through the joining process.
• Build and maintain a strong database of real estate candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports covering sourcing, interviews, shortlisted candidates, and successful hires.
• Support the company in achieving its monthly recruitment targets.
