Looking to join a dynamic, independent real estate brokerage with national and international reach? We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Relocation and Lead Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for relocation clients, internal agents, and our referral partners through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE).
This hybrid role combines relocation management and inside sales. You’ll respond to leads, match clients with agents, and ensure seamless transitions for buyers and sellers locally and across the country.

• Manage incoming/outgoing referrals via LeadingRE and other relocation partners
• Respond quickly to buyer/seller inquiries across platforms
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and assign agents
• Nurture relationships and monitor referral progress
• Support relocation clients from start to finish with white-glove service
