Luxinmo, a leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa Blanca and Ibiza, is seeking an experienced and commercially passionate Rentals Agent to join our dynamic team in our Ibiza office. As a beacon in the luxury housing sector, we pride ourselves on our sophisticated portfolio and exceptional client service. Tasks Manage and nurture leads within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Acquire new property listings in Ibiza area. Guide clients through the entire booking and signing process with support from our commercial and legal team. Provide outstanding customer service. Requirements Proven experience in the real estate industry. A strong passion for sales and the luxury market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in Spanish and English and knowledge of a third language like French, German, Polish, Russian or Dutch.
