Sun Ocean Realty is looking for a Licensed Rental Showing Manager.
The positions requires you to show our customer properties that are for rent. We provide all the leads for you. We are very busy and need a reliable, professional agent to join our team. This is $1000++ weekly position but without the full time hours. With Fall and Winter months on the horizon, we are walking into our busy season with rentals.
No paperwork required, everything is done digitally. You also will have assistance from our office personnel when you’re out in the field or putting offers together.
We are mostly busy during the afternoon hours and weekends.
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be professional
-Must be on time to all appointments
-A little bit of Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Must be motivated and used to working a commission based positions.
*Must have a Florida Real Estate license to qualify for the position.
Must live in Broward County.
