1) Be responsible for the market research of real estate projects, collect and analyze market
dynamics, competitor information and customer needs, so as to provide a basis for the
project’s market development strategies.
2)Formulate and implement project market development plans, actively explore potential
customer resources, including corporate customers, investment customers and individual
homebuyers, etc.
3)Be responsible for customer development and maintenance, maintain good
communication with customers, introduce project advantages, answer customer
questions, and promote the conclusion of cooperation.
4)Participate in the planning and execution of project promotion activities, such as
exhibitions, promotion meetings, etc., to enhance the project’s popularity and reputation.
5)Cooperate closely with the sales team, timely feedback market information and customer
needs, and assist in achieving sales targets.
6)Be responsible for the negotiation and signing of contracts related to market development, ensuring the compliance and integrity of contract terms.
7)Regularly summarize the work of market development, write work reports, and put
forward improvement suggestions.
