Triple S Property is looking for passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our rapidly-growing Residential Sales Team based in Zetland office or Macquarie Park Office. This is the best chance to work alongside the master experienced agents with the top-performing team and learn about professional selling and leasing in the second-hand property industry. If you have relevant background in real estate or other sales-related experience, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous real estate sales experience is desirable but not essential;
  • Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle;
  • Able to use both direct and subtle approach in sales negotiation;
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality;
  • High-level personal presentation and strong communication skills;
  • High level of problem-solving skills;
  • A strong sense of work ethic and positive outlook;

Your initial day-to-day duties include:

  • Property listing;
  • Property selling;
  • Client visiting;
  • Social media marketing;
  • Prospective clients’ enquiries follow up;
  • Pre-settlement inspections;
  • Pre & post appraisals follow up;
  • Open homes and inspections assistance;
