Role & Compensation

  • Full-time Remote Acquisitions Manager (Phone Closer)
  • $2,000–$2,500/month DPE + 10% commissions on assignment fees
  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (no weekends)

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent weekly/monthly signed contracts and strong assignment conversion.
  • Fast speed-to-offer and tight cycle times with clean note-taking.
  • Proactive follow-up that moves deals to the finish line.

Tools You’ll Use

  • CRM: Pipedrive
  • Mapping/Valuation: Land.id, Google Earth
  • Communication: Zoom, Slack, Notion, Slab

Compensation & Perks

  • Base: $2,000–$2,500/month (DPE) + 10% commissions on assignments

    Our top sales professionals are on track to do $1M+ in profit this year on a salary + commissions structure. Top closers can make anywhere from $70,000 - 120,000+, depending on experience.
