POSITION SUMMARY

Elite Developments is seeking a Real Estate Sales Administrator to provide essential support in managing sales processes, coordinating communication between brokers and project teams, and ensuring seamless operations in sales centers. This role will be instrumental in maintaining accurate sales records, organizing promotional events, and assisting in legal and administrative aspects of real estate transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales administration, customer service, or office coordination.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and transaction management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and sales team coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Coordination: Assist in managing the lifecycle of real estate development projects, facilitating communication and coordination between brokers and project teams.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact for registrants and potential buyers in sales centers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Event Management: Help organize and coordinate sales-driven events such as open houses, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Transaction Tracking: Record and track all sales transactions and interactions, contributing to reports on sales progress and buyer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Sales Initiatives Support: Aid in executing sales initiatives that align with market analysis and project objectives to meet sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Document Handling: Assist in preparing and managing legal documents and contracts for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, and document management efficiently to support overall sales operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all transactions and administrative duties.
  • Software & Training Support: Provide assistance in troubleshooting real estate software applications and help train team members on relevant tools.
  • Client & Team Communication: Respond to administrative and legal queries from clients and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Physical & Scheduling Requirements: Be capable of meeting the role’s physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, while maintaining flexibility in work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
