Description

Real Estate Sales Administrator Role

  • Sales calls & emails
  • Updating the company’s website and rental sales software as needed
  • Create marketing collateral
  • Review and Analyze rental applications, tenant approvals, push the application process for tenant approvals
  • Preparing and emailing adverse action letters for non-qualified applicants
  • Contacting and setting up security deposit with approved prospects
  • Contacting and scheduling meetings with realtors as needed
  • Setting up unit releases with new tenants
  • In-Person Release Back Up
  • Notifying office management of work orders for new tenants for repairs needed during final release and inspection
  • Move Out and Move In Pictures
  • Booking marketing collateral imagery
  • Posting apartment advertisements
  • Rental paperwork
  • Must be flexible with day-to-day changes based on needs
  • Coordinate special projects as needed
  • Customer service
  • Will be added to the company’s emergency call schedule
  • Will support sales calls & emails on weekends as needed
  • Assist with apartment showings as needed
  • Manage Rentals Calendar
  • Communicate with prospects and current tenants to confirm showings

Job Requirements:

  • Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with potential tenants, residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees
  • Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Must maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Education/Qualification
  • Must speak Spanish
  • High School or Associate Degree
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 2 years of experience in administration
  • Spanish Language Required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
