JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.).
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions to successful closing.
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and relevant legislation.
• Maintain CRM/database of leads and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve company targets.
