As we expand our reach into international markets, we are seeking a Chinese-speaking Sales Agent to support our growing base of Mandarin-speaking clients.
Role Overview
The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a deep understanding of the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and investors
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal procedures
  • Translate and interpret property-related documents and communications when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Stay updated on new developments, investment opportunities, and market trends
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of UAE property laws and procedures
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • UAE driver’s license preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
