JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide property listings and conduct property showings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Stay updated with the UAE real estate market trends and property laws.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in real estate events.
• Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads.
