JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Facilitate clients’ purchases directly from developers, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process.
  • Actively source new client through strategic marketing and targeted advertising initiatives.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments to introduce clients to prospective properties.
  • Provide property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and unique selling points to maximize client interest.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive pricing to offer accurate guidance.
  • Address client inquiries regarding properties, neighborhoods, and investment potential.
  • Advertise and promote local properties, leveraging various platforms to reach a broader audience.
  • Align clients’ preferences and budget with the ideal property to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct neighborhood research to provide clients with insights on local amenities, schools, and lifestyle options.
  • Inspect properties for potential maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors and snagging teams for timely resolutions.
  • Manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, deeds, and compliance paperwork.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure prompt, efficient follow-through on all deliverables.
  • Support and lead clients with confidence and expertise throughout the entire real estate process, from initial contact to final closing.
