TUSMO real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in off-plan market or secondary market ( SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD IS A MUST)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a real estate agent or sales consultant (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and practices.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
• Conduct consultations with clients to discover their property preferences and financial capabilities.
• Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales,Rent
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients to properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favourable terms and prices.
• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and manage ongoing client relationships.

IMPORTANT NOTE : THIS ROLE OPERATES ON COMMISSION AND PERFORMANCE-BASED COMPENSATION, DIRECTLY CORRELATING EARNINGS WITH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTIVITY AND RESULTS ACHIEVED
